Tooltip for Metrix visual row header ?..,

Dear Community Members

I have a situation where i need to Provided a Tooltip for my row header in Matrix visual. I have created a Tooltip page and assigned it to matrix visual but tooltip is showing only when i hover on to the values of Matrix visual not on to the Row headers.
Please may i know possibility of doing this in Matrix visual.

unfortunatelly, it only shows when hover on values.
