Hi All! Im a beginner in power BI. I have case down below. I need tooltip to still has the trend start from january 2023, 1 untill the date I filtered with slicer.

example the filter is biweekly 3 oct, which mean the date is 28 oct 2023 then S-Curve on the tooltip page should be have the trend from january first 2023 untill 28 oct 2023.

Is that possible?

tooltips react to individual values, not ranges.  You will need to keep a shadow copy of your data and then construct the tooltip from that shadow copy based on a measure that reads the transferred filter in the original data.
