Tooltip Calculation Error

Hi all,

When I hover on a data point on a line chart the tooltip displays 26.22%
However the correct value is 25.15% (43/171)

I created 2 matrix visual to verify the values : 43 and 171
I reviewed the data in Excel, same: 43 and 171

I checked the math on my phone: 25.15%

Has anyone else seen this anomaly?
Is this a known bug?

Thanks,

-w

Hi @UncleLewis ,

The reason the total is showing up as 26.22% is because you're removing all the filter contexts except category,  in your measure.  Result is the slicer selection won't have any effect.

You could try something like this:

Meausre= canculate(max(),filter(all(table),   )

Obviously you end up with a hard coded threshold in this case.  Using a dynamic filter as described in this post would allow the report viewer to change the threshold.

If I have misunderstood your meaning, please provide the details and your pbix file without privacy information.
