Tools to view power BI reports in cloud

I've one quick question on using cloud. Do we need any special tools like Power BO desktop client on the users machine to view the reports published to the cloud?

Hi rameshmohan,

To make your users can see your reports, firstly publish your report to PBI service, then:

• You can share your reports/dashboards with your users.(Both of you need pro license).
• You can publish your report to web(free license is OK), but everyone outside your company can see the content in your report.
• You can create an App/Content Pack and then share them with your users.
