To include 2 line values with different scales in the line and clustered column chart

We had a visual which showed from and to sales by quarter and growth % in the line value.

 Now the user has a new requirement where they want to see the avg sales also as a secondary line value. Although I can add the avg sales as a secondary line value but is there a way to do so withouth showing the huge variation in the scale as shown below

I'm afraid it was set to be this because the two line values share the same y-axis.
