To copy 1st value of column1 to all rows of new custom column - column2

I want to create a new custom column, that copies the first value of the previous column to all my rows

This is the "previous column", only 1st row has value and the rest have null values.

Can you please help me how to do it?

Thanks

My Idea is make a cusom column with a formula to copy the first row value to the whole column.

if your last step is not changed type, then change the name to your last step's name.
