In this scenario, since you just put dates on X-axis, it supposes to work if you put all 3 measures in Values box of the Line chart.
And your Data Table should be the fact table. I can't understand why the Data is hierarchical. It should be built into a dimension. Only complention should be fact. You can connect the Data dimension and fact table with the Level 3 grain key column.
Can you post same sample data for better understanding?
