Title format

Sorry if this question has been answered some place else.  I'm trying to figure out how to format the titles in my dashboard to look like the attached picture.  I would like to have a multi lined title like the image.  Does anybody know of the proper way to do so?

hi you can format the titles from the tools as shown in the screenshot or add a text box for the same according to your data
