Timeline slicer

I imported the custom visual timline slicer to my power BI report and when I click on it and add a date to the field all I can see in the visual is the title. I dowloaded the latest version. Any idea why it's not working?

The visual shows up in the editor but when I add it to my report it doesnt create visuals with the data...

I'm having the same issue, with a different visual (Sankey). I was able to get it working with a CSV, but that's not a reasonable work-around.
