Hi all!

Will appreciate your help.

I added stacked column chart. My dataset contains values for 2 year, let's say pens in Jan-2019 = 100 and in Jan-2020 = 200.

When I drill down data to months, it seems that chart aggregates values for both months, i.e. Jan = 300.

I'm interested to display data for the last 12 months. Any suggestions?

Thanks a lot!

Use the forked arrow drilldown instead of the parallel arrow drill down?

Thanks! Could I ask for any advice on the other issues I have.

My chart looks like this.

1) How to display the last 12months (including current month)?

2) How to make naming shorter, e.g. Jan-20

@mkornel

For display data you can use relative date slicer

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/visuals/desktop-slicer-filter-date-range.

You can create the date table and have month year and month year sort there

Month Year = format([date],"MMM-YYYY") // This will not sort correctly

Month year Sort : format([date],"YYYYMM") // Mark this as the sort column of first one

To get the best of the time intelligence function. Make sure you have a date calendar and it has been marked as the date in model view. Also, join it with the date column of your fact/s. Refer :
