TimeSheet Report - Resource Utilization for Week/Month
Please find the below timesheet report I have created to track everyone Planned and Actual hours.
I need to create resource utilization field for every resource to check how much % he has been utilized every week/month based on the planned hours. Normal effort is 8 hrs per day.

You are definitly going to need to use Time Intelligence functions to achieve that. For that create a table Calendar and link it to your Time sheet table through dates. Then you can use those time intelligence function into the calculate function to get the calculations needed for the week/month and more.
