My problem is the following. I need to calculate the time difference between the start of an interview, and the end of the previous interview. My idea is to make a calculated column that will show the previous interview end date, and then simply calculate datediff. As you can see from my screenshot, some rows in my calculated column are showing the right data, and some are wrong. What is wrong with my function?

Hi @IvanMislav
Modify with this formula
C =
CALCULATE (
MAX ( timediff[end] ),
FILTER ( timediff, timediff[index] = EARLIER ( timediff[index] ) - 1 )
)
