Time column cannot be filtered as it seems to be recognized as date colunm

I have a time colum (hh:mm:ss) in my data formated as time, yet cannot use advanced filter with that column as it wants me to input date and time for filter to be applied. Unless I specify date button "apply filter" is grayed out. Even if I specify date and appy filter - it doesn't work. I tried get data from Excel, or from CSV - it always the same, even as Excel filters this column correctly. Time colum is properly set as Time data type. What am I doing wrong? Also why this filter uses AM/PM time format? I never use this for formatting time columns, nor in my system settings.

if your time column is grouping as dates, check the "Group dates in AutoFilter menu" setting under File > Options > Advanced and make sure it's unchecked. Lastly, if the issue persists, Excel might be experiencing a glitch, so try restarting Excel or using a different spreadsheet application. Excel uses AM/PM time format for filters by default to accommodate users worldwide, but you can change it to 24-hour format by customizing the Ribbon in Excel options and adding the 24-hour time format command to the Filters tab.

Thank you tor your answer, but in my wersion of PowerBi Desktop there's no File > Options > Advanced section (Version Sept 2023).
