Time Intelligence setting is not enabled for SSAS Tabular Data Source due to which Date Time is showing by default in Power BI report graphs.
Example: 02/03/2016 is showing as 02/03/2016 12.00:00 AM
Due to this, its very difficult for end user to view the trends for certian time period.
Appreciate if someone could help or this is the issue with Power BI product.

This has nothing to do with time intelligence and everything to do with your data formatting options. SSAS is a combined data and metadata layer. The metadata for each field defines display formatting, and Power BI is just a consumption layer on top. You will need to talk with your BI team to change the formatting options in the Tabular model.

@greggyb Thanks gregg for your detailed explanation. It was really helpful. We have fixed the same at SSA Tabular cube level by changing formatting options.
Many Thanks,
Santosh
