Time Format not working in charts (h:mm:ss)

Anyone know how to fix the time format of "H:mm:ss" so when working with visuals the actual number shows.  When I create line or bar charts all that shows is %h:mm:ss and not the actual time.

Is "ASA Spikes (Hourly)" the same formula as "ASA Hourly"?

Yes, same format if I put the ASA column in there then it does the same exact thing.
