Time Filter

Hello folks, 

I need assitence by a Dax question:

I have a Date and a fact table (contains forecast data) which has a 1:n relationship from the Date to the fact table.

I Need a measure, that calculates the forecast amount from the Start and the next 90 days.

This is Not the Problem, but the Report has a time slicer.  If i filter the actual month with the slicer, the measure calculates only the Facts, which are between the time Range. How can i tell the Filter, that the time Range is created then the Filter?

Your question is not clear.  What is your expected result?
