Time Displacement Horizontal Line graph

Hi All,

I'm trying to create a line graph for Time Displacement Data, basically showing the deviation from a middle straight line to the left for positive values and to the right for negative values, this show movement of a pole in the ground.  Anyone done this before?  Please see the sample below:

There is custom visual, if that can help
