This year date filter

Hiya,

I've made a filter to measure all the opportunities we've "won" this year as follows:

Calculate(
SUM('3. Opportunities'[Estimated Value]),
'3. Opportunities'[Close Date - Copy] >= DATE(2022,01,01),
'3. Opportunities'[Status: won, lost, open] = "Won"
)

However, I would like to automate this so it shows the total won in a given year i.e. come 2023 it would automatically update to 2023 without me needing to change the measure each year. Please can someone help me?

Thanks,
Laura

@LauraCawdronDav,

Try this measure:

Opportunities Won =
CALCULATE (
    SUM ( '3. Opportunities'[Estimated Value] ),
    '3. Opportunities'[Close Date - Copy] >= DATE ( YEAR ( TODAY () ), 1, 1 ),
    '3. Opportunities'[Status: won, lost, open] = "Won"
)
