This table is empty when get data from sharepoint

The special character (+) in the folder name might be causing problems-- sharing shouldn't be an issue.
Make sure the account you're connecting in Power BI with has access to both the root of the site and those files. If you're using a different account, or if you only have access to the folder but not the base site, that could explain it (the SP connectors connect to a feed at the base site and then filters down on your criteria).

It keeps saying key didn't match but the folder name seems correct..

I think you want to be filtering on the path column, not the name column. I would take that step out, go to the path column, and search for the folder name path to add as a filter there. If you filter on the name = your folder name, you will end up with no Excel files because their name is not the folder name. 🙂
