This error pops up whenever there is an error in the primary key (any table related to your table, not just the contention table). Please make sure that all relationships are valid for the table in question. Whenever a cross-table reference is made, PBI checks the validity of all relationships to that table (no errors in the primary key).
To be completely safe, click Modelling, then Manage Relationships and check the validity of each relationship in this menu to avoid errors based on relationship objects.
