I am agree with @MasonMA, try with default tooltip. If you like to add more measure or customize the Aggregation check out this learning path article

Hi @Mmk24 ,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft fabric community forum and for the helpful inputs already shared by @MasonMA .

To clarify, the behavior you’re seeing happens because custom tooltip pages in Power BI aggregate based on the row context, whereas the default tooltip will display the exact cell-level value. If your requirement is simply to show the cell value on hover, switching back to the default tooltip should resolve it.

If you’d like to continue using a custom tooltip page, you’ll need to ensure that the measures and filters used there are aligned with the exact granularity of your Matrix (row and column context). The article shared by @Royel  is a good reference on how to build and customize tooltip pages further.

Since your original description is a bit high-level, could you confirm whether your goal is only to display the raw cell value, or whether you’re looking for a more advanced/custom tooltip setup? That will help us provide a more targeted solution.

Hope this helps. Please feel free to rech out for any further questions.

Thank you .

Hi, if you need only cell value, simply switch back to default tooltip type, instead of using tooltip page. If you would like to further customize your tooltip page, you would need to provide more info such as what measures are being used in the Matrix cell, what measures are being used in the tooltip page, at what granularity is the Matrix built, etc. so that other users can help you fix the tooltip page. thanks.
