Hi @veer,

Could you please provide more detailed description about your scenario? What was the result in Power BI? If possible, post a screenshot of the preview result? Did you see any error message? 

If you were importing data from Excel file into Power BI desktop, there is no size limitation.

If you were uploading an Excel workbook onto Power BI service, the file size should be limited into 1 GB.

Hi @veer,

The data rows are truncated  in Nagivator preview, do you missing data records after loading data to Power BI desktop? Please check in table view.
