Text filter not working in Power BI Service.

Hi There, 

I am so derparate, can anyone help me with my consren, My requriment is to create one numerical search filter in a report, unfortunatley we all aware of that there is no option to create with in-built visuals, and custom visuals as well, so i have imported text search visual from the market. I have changed the data type from num to text my nemerical column, everything works fine in the Power BI desktop and even it works great when i publish the report into power BI service. For me it shows good when i open the report however when i give the access to user it shows like an blank visual everything is dessapered like search box and eraser icon to them when they access the report kindly help me with this regard. And suggest me is there any way to create the numerical search option in Power BI Report.

Can you provide sample data for testing? Sensitive information can be removed in advance. What kind of expected results do you expect? You can also show it with pictures. I look forward to your response.
