Hi Power BI Experts,
I have observed an issue while developing my reports on power bi. Lets for example i added a matrix chart in the report pane for over coming the dynamic column headers funcionalisty in power bi, we added a text box on top of it. If a user clicks on the matrix chart the text box is disappearing. The same i observed in map visual and top of that i added a static text screen shot and grouped the two visuals if i click inside the map visual the top of the text boxt is disapprered. Please help.

all the elements that should keep the layer order have to be in a group in the selection pane. Please make sure they are:
Then you should to turn on the "maintain layer order" for both elements, but for sure for the one that should stay in the background. Afterwards it should work in Power BI Service.
In Desktop the elements that you click on will still come to the front. If you want to avoid that in Desktop you could put a transparent shape between the two layers. Then the transparent layer is selected instead of the element in the background.
