Text Analysis Without Premium Capacity
The goal is to have some analysis done on customer feedback. I am aware that the AI Insights / Text Analysis capabilities are only available to Premium Capacity. Has anyone been successful with some form of text analysis without using AI Insights? I currently am using Word Cloud to some degree but would be open to others. Just looking for some advice on other avenues to explore.

you can run your favorite R or Python script for that - of course that boxes you in into needed to use a personal gateway.
