I noticed this stunning graph on PowerBI's official website and I wonder which visual was used in building the Temperature (C°) and Repairs Over Time graph. I did not see it in the market place as well. Is this a custom build visual using R/Python?

As searched and tested, you are right, it may be a custom visual by R/python.
