Temp Table vs Temp Table Measure

Hello ,

I'm trying to create a mesaure to retrieve team average excluding selected individual. 
its working fine with the temp table, how ever when I try to replicate the result using a measure, its giving wrong result.
Any where I'm going wrong.

Maybe find a different name for your table. "All"  is a bit distracting.
