Targets, Results, and Difference between both

Hello everyone.

Data Sources

  • Excel - list with Agent Name and Worked Days for the month
  • SharePoint List - Number of contacts handled

Desired

I manage to get the result using Excel, and making a few pivot tables and formulations like this below:

What I am trying to do now is to use the Excel only to get the worked shifts, below:

And then I connect the sharepoint list. I am trying to get the same results by making the formulations in powerbi. But when I try I am not getting the same results unfortunately. This is what I am getting

So what I do is a measure to get the total number of contacts, a measure to get the total number of shifts, and then I do the measure that can be seen in the screenshot above. I get the same result as the amount the agents have handled.

Obviously I am doing something wrong. The target should be calculated as such > Contacts per Day * number of shifts. And the Contacts per day are calculated the total number of contacts divided by the total number of shifts.

I would appriciate any tips and help you can provided.

Thank you in advance!
