Target line not showing correctly

Hi ,

I m new to Power Bi, I want to show both Ontime% line and Target line in line and stacked column chart but both are not showing correctly.Created below measures.

Target=80 

Ontime% = DIVIDE(SUM('Table 2'[ontime]),Sum('Table 2'[ontime])+SUM('Table 2'[overtime]))

Start_Ct13
Close_CT31

@Anonymous , Have taken 80 as value and marked it % column. For % column, you need to take 0.8 for 80%
