Is it possible to create a table exactly look like this? two calculated columns by the way

There is a possibility but you will have to turn your 2nd measure with % into a text. Check this example. I used a matrix.
% Measure = FORMAT( [Your Measure here], "%0.0" )
Under the Values section, turn on the Show On Rows property
