Table with percentages based on values from dates

I have a report in excel that i want to replicate in power BI, but i havent found any tool to develop something like that.

the colors from the background would be a great plus but they arent mandatory. 

the report calculates the return of diferent products in diferent periods of time. and groups them into color against their peer for every column by custom percentiles

here i attach an example of what I aim to replicate:

Any help on how to develop something like that would be greatly appreciated

Hi @alfovic,

This can be achieved with the table visual and conditional formatting.

If you calculate the.rigth measures the rest is just formatting.
