Table with incidents closed and opened by rows

Hi,

I have an incident table with all records opened and closed on last 6 months, but i need to build a table as i show below, i need to show a resume of Open and Closed record on a selected period(filter), It's important to show a column with a hard-coded text, is there a way to achive this:

Incidents-table

I have two tables.

A table of all incidents, each record have Opened and Closed period, number and other fields.
Date Dimension Table, related with Incidents by Open Period column.

I need to produce a table that show count of records open and closed( in different rows) based on a Period Slicer(From date Table). Besides that i need to have a column showing the the same count on last month.

Incidents Table:

NumberStatusOpenClosedOpen PeriodClosed Period
INC1234Open23/10/2019NULLOct 2019NULL
INC1235Wip05/11/2019NULLNov 2019NULL
INC1236Closed15/10/201918/10/2019Oct 2019Oct 2019
INC1237Closed25/11/201926/11/2019Nov 2019Nov 2019
INC1238Closed23/10/201929/10/2019Oct 2019Oct 2019

What I am expecting are results like:

PeriodStatistics ReferenceCountCount Last Month
Nov 2019Open Incidents23
Nov 2019Closed Incidents12

BrunoR.
