Table viz: how to change bottom number from sum to count.

PBI v2.100.1401 (64 bit) on Windows 10 (64 bit)

I have a table viz. By default PBI sums all numeric columns at the bottom of the table. How can I change one of these to a sum? I just want to count the records the table viz shows.

Thank you!

Got it. I did it a little differently.

  1. Click once on numeric field on the Fields pane.
  2. On Visualizations pane, click down arrow on field, choose "Count" or "Don't Summarize".

Ok here's a rough table.

Title     10-digit   Quantity

-----------------------------

Stuff   8887777666   15

Stuff2  1112223333   25

-------------------------

Totals  2            40

In the Totals row, 2 is the number of records shown. In my PBI it currently shows the sum of 8887777666 and 1112223333, automatically put in by PBI, which is not what I want. Does that help?

I can't show actual data.
