Hello,
We have a back-end Oracle table containing Feedback from customers, Topic, Sentiment, and Keyphrase (which is the phrase that determined the topic and sentiment). Our goal is to be able to create a table visual in Power BI containing the Output column which is basically the Feedback with highlighted Keyphrase - red for negative, green for positive

There is no option for condition formatting of a part of cells with the core visuals.

Yes I agree with @Ritaf1983 comments. There is no way to highlight part of string words in PBI native visulas. You can submit your vote. May be in future we expect this feature from Micorsoft.
