Hi, so for context I have a report which uses 3 tables. These 3 tables are actually pulling from DevOps and using a parent child hierarchy. We have Feature at the top, which can have multiple User Stories, and then a User Story can have multiple Tasks. The three tables I am utilzing for my report are Feature, User Story, Task.
When on the User Story page within my power Bi report, it is able to group up in a table visual the User Story Title , and then measures from the Task table. The problem is, when I add the column 'Target Date' from the User Story table, the table visual just breaks and I cannot understand why. Hopefully the screenshots below will help a bit.
Pic 1 : Looks good and expected, it is just missing the Date field that I want to keep things in a proper order.
Pic 2 : The issue, I add the Target Date of the User Story, but then a ton of rows get included with 0 tasks and random dates. This happens if I include any field for the most part from the User Story Table, other than UserStory Title.
The visual is pulling from User Story table for Title / Date, then everythign else is a Measure that resides in the Tasks table.
Any ideas? Thanks

My solution ended up just switching the visual from Table to Matrix.

You would have to consult your data model for this. How are these tables wired?
