Table rows not being pulled in?

I recently encountered my Power BI Report (in Desktop) not pull in all the rows of an Excel table.  I have the table named and sized correctly so I cannot figure out why it is excluding some rows?  I even checked the data types of the missing rows and could not find any that were different from rows that do get pulled in.

Thoughts on this?

    1. Check if "Remove Errors" or "Remove Rows" Steps Exist in Power Query.

    2. Ensure the Excel Table is Fully Selected.

    3. Check for Data Type Mismatches.

    4. Try Importing Data in a New Query.

    5. Check Power BI's "Load More" Option for Columns with Mixed Data.

    6. Try Refreshing with "Clear Cache".

If this helps, I would appreciate your KUDOS!

  • Hi rmcgrath ,

That's unlikely to happen. Perhaps you could check if you are pulling the right excel table? Or are you pulling the excel worksheet instead?

Otherwise would be worth clearing cache and see if it helps the situation. Do give a kudos if this helps!
