Table rows extended into the Totals row

I have seen a recent problem with the Totals for a table.  See below how the rows continue on past the Totals row.  At times it completely overwrites the Total.  Seems to be a new problem.  Any solutions?  Is this a known bug?  I only see it in the desktop.  It does not publish this way but its annoying.

Try to turn off the "Lock aspect ratio"
