Table not summing correctly

am trying to do a calculation on distribution of which is working but at the bottom of table its saying there is only 2000 when there should be about a million. Why is it doing this?

@Anonymous , Please share the calculation of distribution. If is a measure just not a sum of column, try this measure using distribution measure
