Table in specific Format

Hello all,

I have some specific requirement. I have a excel table with two columns (Field and its Answer) with multiple rows. I am looking for them in a custom table format like shown in the below image in Power BI. I am just looking for plain text in the Answers area.

tables in power bi doesn't work like this, it doesn't have this flexibility to do so. This won't be done in power bi tables.

you can try to combine several tables together so show the same shape, but like one visual that will do so, currently there's no option in power bi for that.
