Table Visual

Hi everyone,

I am a beginner to Power BI and need help creating a visual table similar to an Excel Pivot table.

stacy2025_0-1740676862949.png

The table above is a combination of two tables with a managed relationship. Table 1 is the Pigging Schedule (contains Location, Size, and Launch Day) and Table 2 contains the Pigging Entries/Pigs Launched Data (not shown in table above). I want the 'Pigs Launched' columns to be a count of pigs launched-to-date from table 2 categorized by launcher by month/quarter/year (depending on filter). How do I do this?

Similarly, I want the 'Pigs Scheduled' column to be auto calculated based on the launch day(s) and month/year or current date if month is not a historical month. I can make this a second thread if needed. Thank you in advance!

@stacy2025 Looks like a Matrix visual. Other than that, not sure how else to help with the information provided.

Sorry, having trouble following, can you post sample data as text and expected output?
Not really enough information to go on, please first check if your issue is a common issue listed here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/Before-You-Post-Read-This/ba-p/1116882

Also, please see this post regarding How to Get Your Question Answered Quickly: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/How-to-Get-Your-Question-Answered-Quickly/ba-p/38490

The most important parts are:
1. Sample data as text, use the table tool in the editing bar
2. Expected output from sample data
3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.
