Table Visual total problem

Hi,

In my table visual, some of the columns (as circled) are showing the total in the total section but others are showing the last month's value. I am not able to understand this. Can someone please explain it? Also, if I need to show only the last month's value of circled columns (Profit Goal etc.), then how do I show it in totals?

Hi @ashwinijain932 ,

The total in visual is not simply the sum of rows, it is also a calculated value that is affected by the formula.

You could use isinscope() function.

new measure = IF(ISINSCOPE([Month]),[Measure],SUMX(ALLSELECTED(table),[Measure]))

Sumx(Values(Date[Month]), [Your Measure])
