Table Refresh error

I have a report which has tables from dataverse. it was working perfectly fine, until one day the scheduled refresh stopped working on the service due to consecutive refresh fails. i had turned it on again a couple of times as it kept failing and stopping, until it just stopped working at all. in all the fails, the error was the same on the same table :

"DataSource.Error: Microsoft SQL: The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding."

it was always failing on the table "visitmaintenance". i tried refreshing in desktop, i also got this error :

Failed to save modifications to the server. Error returned: 'OLE DB or ODBC error: [DataSource.Error] Microsoft SQL: The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.

i tried getting the table in directquery mode, it was taking for ever to load 1 single line of data, and if i remove the filters the visual gives an error "query exceeded limit". i tried getting the table in halfs and then combining them, i got the same error as before :"

The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.". I was even diagnosing and found out that the column names were not the same as before and there were a few extra columns. 

i was asking the power apps developers and found out that there are issues within power apps itself and they are continuously working on the code and plugins.

what can possibly be the reason for the table to not be working or fetching data anymore?

@Hussein_charif This sounds like you need to open a support ticket with Microsoft.
