I have below data and i want to display in below format in Power BI Desktop. Can anyone please help me.
HigherClass, LowClass, NoClass are the constant values and remaining are dynamic (depend on slicer). Thanks in Advance.

You should use the Matrix visual placing the Higher Calss, Lower Class and No class as rows and months as Columns then on the values seletct the average and you should get the expected result.
Based on the slicer selection the matix will be variable in terms of month.
