Table Creation

I am looking to create a table based on an input of data that I have and need it to be able to change based on the project selected. See the screenshot below for example of what I'm looking to do. 

(CURRENT TABLE INPUT)
Project ID	Project Title	Phase 1	Phase 2	Phase 3
1	Project 1	1/1/2020	2/1/2020	3/1/2020

Hi @enswitzer ,

It is suggested to try the following operations in Power Query Editor.

1.Select Project ID and Project Title columns, and select Unpivot other columns.

2.Rename the new columns.

3.Then select Close&Apply and create these visuals. Then you can select the Project ID through the slicer to display the output.

Hi @enswitzer

The first thing you should do is unpivot Phase data:

Select 3 columns and click Unpivot Columns in the Transform tab. Then change the name of column Attribute to Phase.

Next step is to create matrix with slicer. Add new slicer and put in the Field Project Title.

Add Matrix visual and to the Column field add Phase column and to the Value add Value column (change name to "Date).

The result:
