Hello everyone, I hope you're doing well.
I'm working on a dashboard that has different charts on different aspects of Project Management and Manufacturing. I'm facing an issue with my table connection and I searched the internet and couldn't find a solution to my problem.
I have three tables:
Attached are the three tables.
I have added the "Equipment Code" in the Manufacturing table to connect the equipment with each path (some of the Path or Equipments may not be connected with the other and only connected to the Project Code)
When I try to create a Donut chart to show the number of Equipment under each Path with the status of the equipment, I get the wrong indication as well as I can't create a table of the Equipment Code and the Criticality (See below screenshots).
When I tried to create a connection between them I got an inactive connection and when I tried to activate it I got this error message (See below screenshots).
What is the solution to this issue? Keep in mind that I want the Manufacturing table and the Equipment table on the same level in the hierarchy (Not one of them is the parent table and the other is the child table).
Thank you in advance.

Hi @AbdulazizGH
You can try to merge two tables into one new table using the “Merge Queries as new” function in Power Query Editor.
You can find the “Merge Queries” on the Home tab, in the Combine group. From the drop-down menu, select "Merge Queries as new".
Expand the fields from this new table column, then select "Close & Apply".

@nandic Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, these two tables cannot be merged as each table serves its own purpose.
Is there any other solution? Creating a new query that take the data from Manufacturing table and the respective information from the Equipment table (using the Equipment Code as a reference) won't work?
@AbdulazizGH If these two tables have same granularity and project code, is there any option to merge these two tables into one table?
As error says, having 3 tables which create circular relationship model is not allowed.
Cheers,
