TRICY line chart plot by date and time in a day

Hi Experts

I want to plot the sample data by DATE, Then Time period in a day by Value...... "Note" i have only include a single days data - the long term goal is to plot this over a week by time intervals

I'm a little confused about your needs, Could you please explain them further? It would be good to provide a screenshot of the results you are expecting and desensitized example data.
