TRICKY Count rows in each Column in a matrix table and show the results in a card above each Column

Hi Experts

As i want to count the ROWS IN EACH COLUMN in the matrix table as shown in the sample data - the count in the first column "Assessed Organisation" need to be distinct number of rows and all the other as a count and the Count row in a matrix table and show the results in a card above each COLUMN
