TOTAL ROWS IS WRONG

My total on the visual is wrong. How can i fix this?

below is the formula that am using:

Sales 80% = IF([Target Sales Achieve 80%]> SUM('Sales Main JO'[Actual Sales]),[Target Sales Achieve 80%]- SUM('Sales Main JO'[Actual Sales]),0)

Target Sales Achieve 80% = SUM('Sales Main JO'[Target Sales])*0.8

Try:

Sum 80% Sales = SUMX(SUMMARIZE(Table[Plan Brand], column[Plan Brand], "Sum 80% Sales", [Sales 80%]), [Sum 80% Sales])

 Use the correct "Table" and "column" names, obviously

I did the formula as you stated:

Sum 80% sales = SUMX(SUMMARIZE('PM Main JO','PM Main JO'[Plan-Brand],"Sum 80% sales",[Sales 80%]),[Sum 80% sales])

but i get the below:

in some rows the result is 0

I am not sure if i understood how to do it.

i tried that one but was giving me a wrong data.
