Is there a way to use multiple TOPN Filters in a single visualization?

Please correct me if I wrongly understood your question.
If you want TOPN by multiple columns, I think in general, it can be done.
If it is OK with you, please share your sample pbix file, then I can try to have a look into it to come up with a desirable solution.

Can you share some dummy data to show the data structure? I guess category 1 is parent level of category 2 and category 3, but what is the relationship between category 2 and category 3? We need more info about original data to look for the appropriate solution.
