System.Data.SqlClient - Unable to load visual

Hello,

I have problem with my report.

I've just discovered that one of my report doesn't work at all.

I'm getting data from SQL server via Direct Query. In Transofrm data windows everything looks fine (after refreshing i can see updated data).

But visualisation can't be loaded.

I'm getting an error as below.

Hi @KRZYSZTOFB ,

In order to get a better understanding on your problem and make a further troubleshooting, could you please provide the following info?

  • Whether the data source SQL Server instance running properly?
  • Please check that the Direct Query settings are configured correctly in Power BI and if you have the necessary permissions to access it.
  • Please check if the correct version of the .NET Framework is installed on the machine running Power BI.
  • Please check if the System.Data.SqlClient namespace is properly registered in the Global Assembly Cache (GAC) on the machine running Power BI.
